小旋风来袭

Wowowowow you may have tried Ding Tai Feng and Crystal Jade in most of the shopping centres but I am going to introduce this---> Xiao Xuan Feng Lamian Kitchen-- my favourite restaurant currently. This place is not noticeable if you walkby around Tiong Baru Plaza. If you like Xiao Long Bao, you can go DTF or CJ. As for La mian (hand made noodle soup, you really must try it here!!!

Pai seh I only take beef noodles soup this time. They have Beijing dumpling, Wanton noodle soup, etc. Their soup is superb!!! I love it very much!!!

They put alot of chilli oil on top of the normal soup and it is tasty and HOT!!!

This is not recommended dish and only to show the picture. My friend will always like to order their fried pork ribs with La mian because this is the only "fried" dish with the La mian. Really so-so la as the pork ribs are too hard to chew...

I have made a comparison with Crystal Jade Lamian Kitchen the other day and concluded that nobody can beat their soup!!! However CJ's pork ribs and Beijing dumplings are nicer =)

Coffee, Tea, or Yuan Yang?

I have read a few of articles stating that coffee is not good for health... that's why I was counting myself lucky as I never addicted to coffee in my early working life. The most I like is "Teh Tarik". As time goes by, "Teh Tarik" is no longer healthy as well (if you read the forwarded email too). So what am I suppose to drink? soya bean, fruit juice, fruit tea, etc?
I decided to drink their combination "Yuan Yang".


But....
Recently, I am addicted to the taste of coffee again...especially the coffee bought by him...


and other sweet dessertsssss+ my new pillow...:p

提拉米苏 Tiramisu

提拉米苏Tiramisu的由来
二战时期，一个意大利士兵即将开赴战场，可是家里什么都没有了，爱妻为了给他准备干粮，把家里能吃的饼干、面包全做进了一个糕点里，那个糕点就叫提拉米苏。每当士兵吃到提拉米苏就会想起家，想起家中心爱的人。
提拉米苏,在意大利文中，有＂带我走＂的含义，带走的不止是美味，还有爱和幸福。

看了以上的故事，我才感受到原来在吃提拉米苏时还能感受到浓浓的爱意。
第一口提拉米苏的滋味，先是入口即化的mascarpone cheese和奶油,
再来那一层被浸透了expresso咖啡，软绵绵的手指饼干，
如果手指饼干加入些许酒（Brandy，Rum或Masala），还能产生微微的醉意,
下咽后唇边留下几许可可粉，细细咀嚼残余的颗颗糖粒。
享受嘴里、心里满满甜甜的爱意。那不就像爱情的滋味吗。
它虽不是极品但是却能刺激每一个味蕾。

爱我就带我走,带我去吃tiramisu... :p
